You'll feel like a king when you taste these scrumptious hand-dipped chocolates. Brooklyn based Chocolatiers, Alexandra and Nicolay, offer a line of premium chocolates crafted from centuries-old recipes form the court of Russia's last Czar, Nicolay.

Alexandra & Nicolay was founded by Nicolay and Alexandra Mazhirov. The Mazhirovs immigrated to the United States from Russia in 1991, where Mrs. Mazhirov earned her degree in chocolatology ( possibly the greatest major in the history of higher education ) from the Institute of Chocolate Technology in Odessa.

While studying in Russia for her degree in chocolatology, Alexandra stumbled upon the lost chocolate recipes of the Romanov Dynasty. Knowing the joy these luscious delicacies brought to so many of history's most indulgent personalities, Alexandra was determined to perfect the recipes once again and make them available for all to indulge. Hence, the Mazhirovs packed their belongings and headed for the land of oppurtunity, Brooklyn, New York.

Today, Alexandra & Nicolay chocolates are enjoyed throughout the United States because of our continued commitment of providing you with the finest quality chocolates. Each individually hand-crafted chocolate is prepared with only natural ingredients to ensure an experience that your taste buds will not forget.

Alexandra & Nicolay's signature assorted tin contains a variety of chocolates in milk, white or dark chocolate, including; creamy truffles coated in chocolate, delectable fruits soaked in a special syrup then drenched in chocolate, and a special blend of hazelnuts and honey enrobed in chocolate. The chocolates are packaged in silver tins wrapped in a parchment label, sealed with a ribbon and accented with a gold imperial seal. One pound, half pound and quarter pound tins are available for purchase.
